✅ The 8th Annual Wild Corn Shindig

The 8th Annual Wild Corn Shindig is ON at King Pine Ski Area April 5-7! May the Schwartz Be With You… Once Upon a Time Warp, we went to the Dark Side of the Corn in 2023, expanding Wild Corn to back-to-back Friday and Saturday programming with fire dancers, booter contests, light saber parades, night skinning & skiing, all with national touring act and Shindig headliner Pink Talking Fish. This year let's take a good thing and make it great! We’re pre-gaming the generational Solar Eclipse (which will be Monday, April 8th) with a Spaceballs-themed Shindig for the ages. And who better to take you to the Dark Side of the Corn than a crowd of furry Quarry Mawgs jamming to the return of PTF back again for two performances Friday, April 5 and Saturday, April 6, with opening act Marble Eyes among many other live acts. Wild Corn has something for everyone, whether you’re new to uphill touring or a seasoned backcountry enthusiast. This is a total mountain takeover where ALL the lifts are shut down creating a backcountry ski resort for your enjoyment. If you don’t have uphill gear, there are tons of demos on site for you to try, from boots to skis to splitboards. The Shindig has it all - endless uphill laps, live music, kernel & cob, educational workshops, contests, giveaways, Shucker Skimo Race, dance parties, night skiing, VIP area, great food and drinks, car camping, King Pine/Purity Spring lodging, and more! We love to bring the uphill community together to harvest our favorite crop - springtime corn!!
