Each year scholarship monies are presented by the Greater Ossipee Area Chamber of Commerce to deserving students.

The object is to offer financial assistance in the form of scholarships to area people who will be entering college in the fall of each year. Eligible people must physically reside in the towns of Effingham, Freedom, Madison, Ossipee, Sandwich, or Tamworth and attend Kennett, Kingswood, Community School of Tamworth, Interlakes or enroll in a Adult Tutorial Program.
