MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: 5:30PM

ATTENDEES: Henry Anderson, Bill Grover, Tom Fleece, Steve Sousa, Jen Martel, Joe Costello, and Lee Spencer.

SECRETARY REPORT: Follow up on CD discussed at September's meeting: CD was moved to Community Bank for a period of 8 months at an APY of 5.25% balance moved was $1531.48. Joe and Jen are signers on this account.
No updates on David Sands as yet.. Cynthia will take 3K guide books and distribute to membership locally. Steve attended Big E fair and books were there as promised. Also saw them at various welcome centers. We will extend contract another 6 months as book was late getting out. We will begin in February of 2007 selling ads for new book. We composed letter to Shawn Curtin explaining that he would need to reapply for scholarship when ready to attend school. Secretary Report approved after all discussions were completed.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Bill followed up on Ossipee Insurance quote for our insurance we are at the lowest rate available and no other companies will insure chambers as far as we are aware. Bill ?'d transfer of CD funds to GF in order to open account in CBT. Tom Fleece will buy excess cases of soda (20 +-) left over from Falcon Event, price to be discussed with Bill.
Treasurers Report was approved after all discussions were completed.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
REPORT: PER BOD THIS REPORT WAS FORGON TO ALLOW TIME TO DISCUSS ANNUAL DINNER….

OLD BUSINESS: Annual dinner discussion and final details completed. List of members was broken down by Joe and each member will contact their people to entice attendance. Jen reviewed details to date and ensured that CCI reporter Lori Lenard would cover event. We need to finalize details for meeting packet. Steve and Bill to complete their portion of packet material. Absolute final count needs to be given by the 20th of October. Joe to handle with Karen Hemeon at PSR.

NEW BUSINESS: December BOD meeting guest will be Cathy Howard from NH Employment Security Office. November guests will be Jen Remmetter from School's Out Program and Rich Moulton regarding fundraiser idea (per Lee Spencer).
