CALL TO ORDER: 5:35PM By President Steve Sousa

ATTENDEES: Jen Martel, Steve Sousa, Lee Spencer, Dave Dube', Dana Crocker, Joe Costello

SECRETARY'S REPORT: Approved with no changes

TREASURER'S REPORT: Approved with no changes

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: There are 2000 Area Guide Books Left from an original 10K-all agreed to start a reprint. Web Banner Ads-Hold till Bill returns for further discussion. Free advertising offer- Ron Plante of Eastern Propane will allow sign outside bldg on Rt 16 Chocorua to be utilized for Chamber Event Advertising. 2007 Membership Plaques- we will look into changing design for next year-table for now. Ossipee Main Street Program- Committee report by Bill at next meeting.
New Members- Elite Printing(Leonard DelVecchio) located in Wakefield and Goin' Places(Jim Shuff) located in Freedom. Mt. Washington Economic Development Council - They invoiced chamber for membership. Need to check on cost. Information Booth Parking lot- we need improvements to the potholes in the booth area and discussion occurred regarding charging for non member rack space-BOD decided to refer to info booth committee once Steve establishes.

OLD BUSINESS: Snowmobile Event- Discussion occurred regarding town's approval-Steve to talk with Bill and email board on results. Committee's needed- Based on the responses from the Annual Dinner, Steve will contact parties, formulate Committees and report back to board. February After Hours- Dana from Mt. Madness wants to host event Friday before Snowmobile event. New Board Members-Gerard Costantino of Re/Max and Ron Plante of Eastern Propane- Steve will contact them to discuss further.
